This new warehouse and offices of 6,900m2 was built for Courier Guy. The entire fire scope was entrusted to us. 

We were contracted to handle everything connected to fire as a turn-key solution. This included the following: 

1. Design a Fire Plan (showing hydrants, hose reels, evacuation routes, emergency signage, etc.) for submission to council. 
2. Design and install a detection system to cover all areas, connected to a central monitoring station. 
3. Design and install a sprinkler system delivering 15mm/min coverage. Including all hydraulic calculations. 
4. Install all pipework and hydrants/hose reels/extinguishers as per the fire plan above. 
5. Design and install a pumped supply for these systems – including doing all necessary civil and construction drawings. 

• Tank Spec: 356,000 litres each ; 712,000 litres combined capacity. 

• Sprinkler Pump Spec: Diesel powered pump delivering 5,500 litres/min at @ 6bar 

• Hydrant Pump Spec: Diesel powered pump delivering 2,400 litres/min at @ 3bar
